I finalized version 1.75 and fixed some things in connection with volume locking/unlocking, that made the “Fix GPT after restore” option not working properly in all situations. I also implemented reset mode for the command line tool. Further information can be found in the prior beta version post and changelog.
thx
Excellent, it works seamlessly! Thank you.
After upgrading to Windows 10 my win32diskimager was no longer able to backup Raspberry Pi SD cards. (They are not recognized by that tool.) No problem with usbit: backup from SD card to hard disk and restore to a second one (for testing the functionality) – I got a bootable image.
Thanks, this of course is worth a little donation.

Greetings!
Thank you very much!

Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the tool, I do have one question though.
I keep running into an error telling me I don’t have enough space on the drive I’m trying to put the backup on. This is weird because the USB drive in question is completely empty with over 100 GB of storage while the USB drive I’m trying to make a backup of is only about 8 GB with about 2 GB used up.
I’ve tried resetting the drive and formatting it to no avail. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again,
Paul
@Paul:
Do you get any detailed error message?
Do you have a log output (unfortunately it has a little bug and doesn’t show line feeds atm)?
If possible, please post this in the forum (http://www.alexpage.de/forum/).
