Still with the 64GB Samsung & PNY? My tests with smaller devices went well. Maybe I need to get 2 samples of that devices because device size might be an issue here. Just for clarification - you create a raw backup of the Samsung to an image file and want to restore it to the PNY? Verfify after restore to PNY fails at 3%. Size of PNY is bigger or equal to Samsung?

No, verifiy of backed up 64GB Samsung to the SSD of the client fails.

I did another test and restored a 64GB Kingston USB image to a 1 TB Toshiba USB HDD. Verfify was okay. But what I can see in your logs from February is, that your restore finished very fast for a 64 GB image. Under 2 minutes seems pretty fast for an USB device. Did you use the device mode? I still think I'm missing an important difference in your example.
Following the logs of my test. I first did a backup of the 64 GB Kingston as imz and then restored this image to the Toshiba 1 TB HDD. Options: Verifiy after Backup/Restore was activated. Show non-removables drives was activated. User defined blocks was set to 2048. Nothing else activated. Version 1.91 was used.
