Wont format after reset

Wont format after reset
I have a quantum fireballp as60.0 USB. after hitting the reset button it wont show up on my computer to format. I have restored in device mode the bootsector.img file from site using v1.62. What am I doing wrong?

Is that a flash drive or an USB hard disk? What Windows are you using? Did you try to use the HP USB Format Utility?
