Windows deletes usbit.zip right away and refers to Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml

Seems to be a falso positive or something local. Rechecked local files with my Windows defender on a up-to-date Windows 11 and download URLs online on virustotal.com and dod not get any issues. However, thanks for reporting. I will keep an eye on other reports. USB Image Tool uses admin rights to directly access the USB devices, so heuristic scans sometimes detect this as malicous behavior.
