Restoring to USB memory with USB image Tool 1.81 fails with the following error.
Please tell me how to resolve.

Restore failed! Could not write to the USB device (Code: 27)!
Please close all open explorer windows for this device.

Code 27 means "bad sector", maybe the device is not working correctly. Please try with the recent version 1.90 and (if possible) with another device in comparison.

When I used the latest version 1.90, I was able to restore successfully.

when I tried to format my USB-Stik with the command

fbinst hd1 format --force

i get the following error

fbinst: error: xd_write fails at offset 64, size 1

Any ideas what is going wrong there?

fbinst is not related to USB Image Tool, so not sure somebody can help here...
