CREATE USB IMAGE ON WINDOWS VISTA

I'm a new user, I have a problem vith windows vista:
I have an image of the pen drive with a linux partition and a FAT32 partition, when I need to create a new pen drive with this image using USB Image Tool, the program seems to do everything correctly but at the finish the pen drive is corrupt the windows system ask to format it.
I tried this procedure on windows xp and windowx 7, all working correctly.
