USBit does not recognize pendrive

Good afternoon.
I have Windows 7 operating system and we are recording an update image of the company . But the computer recognizes the flash drive and the USB Image Tool no . I've tried to format the flash drive in various formats and has tried with some other USB drives he recognizes others do not. How do I resolve this problem?
Already I apologize for this rusty English. I'm from Brazil and use little language.
