I have been using SanDisk USB Cruzer Switch 8 GB Drives for some time now with success. Today I purchased 2 new sticks and USBIT cannot detect them, yet I can insert an older version of the same make and USBIT detects the drive immediately.
The new drives are being detected by windows in both cases. I am suspecting that SanDisk have changed something on the newer revision of USB Drives which is preventing USBIT from detecting it. I have formatted the newer drives in both FAT32 and NTFS but no change. I then though that one in a million I may have purchased two faulty USB Drives, but two more proved to be just as troublesome. Any clues to how I solve my mystery is greatly appreciated.

Re: Not Detecting SanDisk Cruzer Switch
Please activate the checkbox "Show non-removable devices (USB hard disk drives)" and check again. Maybe the drives are detected as non-removable, although flash drives shouldn't.
