Not showing disks / partitions?

Unfortunately it's not showing any disks or partitions.

I can see the devices there in Windows but I can't see them in the program (I've tried a few versions and both Windows 10 and 11 - different devices)

On Windows 10 via command line (i.e. usbitcmd l)
No mass storage devices found!

On Windows 11 via GUI debug (I've tried to remove my local disks just for clarity):

Again doing it via command line doesn't work. I've tried the usual 'running as administrator' as well but nothing appears in either device mode (which is the mode I'd like to use) or volume mode. I'm just trying to create a backup of my Batocera image.

Any ideas on how to get them to show?

Please try to enable the option for non removable drives.

Thanks - I somehow got it to show a mixture of those options and multiple restarts of the application seemed to do the trick.

One more quick question, in Device Mode, it only shows the first letter (the device is multiple partitions) I assume, if I select that, it will backup all partitions?

Thanks again for the help.

Yes, in device mode it will backup all partitions. Drive letter is just for information in that case.
