USB Boot Drive for DOS does not create Bootable Image

I have a several bootable USB flash drives for DOS and have wanted to back them up in event of failure because they are a pain to recreate. This program sounded perfect but it doesn't work for this. The program starts with "Volume" mode and no way to select "Device" mode which is what I've read is what might help. I dunno. Any help is greatly appreciated.
