Hello,
I got an image of the USB stick via DD directly from ESXi.
If to restore it I use DD from a Mac VMWare boot.
If instead I use USB Image Tool from Windows the server does not boot but displays errors BANK5, BANK6 and No hypervisor found
Version 1.80
ESXi No hypervisor found

Please try the "Fix GPT after Restore" option.
